Principal's Message
Dear Burbank Elementary Families,
We hope you and your children had a safe, fun-filled, and relaxing summer break! The building has been quiet without our students, and we are absolutely thrilled to open our doors for the 2026-2027 school year full of opportunity and possibilities!
This year brings incredible milestones for our campus. We are proud to officially open this school year as part of the Earned Autonomy System within Houston ISD! Thanks to the hard work of our students and staff, our preliminary data shows that the Burbank legacy of academic and magnet enrichment programs has empowered our students to achieve their fullest potential, earning top acknowledgements in both the district and the state!
But the excitement doesn't stop there. This year, we are also expanding our Fine Arts Magnet Program and After-School programs to give your children even more ways to explore their passions, create, and grow. We truly cannot wait to share all of the amazing new opportunities that await your child!
